The Presidents Men

The film All the Presidents Men is a realsitic perspective about the Watergate Scandal. This film demonstrates the efforts of reporters Woodward and Bernstein uncover the details of the Watergate scandal mystery that leads to President Nixon's resignation. This was a very interesting film to follow which did a very great job of displaying a very signnificant evident in our nations history. When viewing this film, i felt like i was present for this mystery, because of how it was directed and the film. I felt that this movie was very in depth and very attention to detail. I felt like they didnot skip a beat in the reporters perspective to cracking this case. It was a very impressive and informative film, but it was not the most interesting film, for me. Politic and History buffs would absolutely love this film.
Chapter 12 discusses the whole analysis of a film. In this film, i felt that it was a political statement since it was merely represented as a political issue. This film brought the real story of a criminal scandal that was founded under the political leader, Richard Nixon, as a way to corrupt the system. I felt that this film did an excellent job with the literature and artisitc expression.
Chapter 13 discusses adaption to a film. In All the Presidents Men , the point of view is first person. The story is from the perspective of the reporters who participated in the case. Chapter 15 discusses the society iof a film and this film is a film that reported the truth behind an event that changed society forever. The art behind the investigative case on film and portraying a factual event on film.
I felt that this film was well put together and very informative towards an factual important event in our history. I am not going to sugar coat it though, i was very bored and uninterested in the plot of this film so i definately struggled with keeping in tune to what was going on. This may be a great film for others!
